¨Alle Hardcase-modeller er konstruert for enkelt å kunne stables oppå hverandre. De er vannresistente og har håndtak og remmer av solid syntetmateriale, samt lås av "Quick Lock"-modell. Flere modeller har innmat av skumgummi for ekstra beskyttelse. Sist men ikke minst: Hardcase-bokser er ikke tunge, til forskjell fra flightcase-modeller av tre og aluminium som ofte veier nesten like mye som selve utstyret.
